Biography

Fady Saad is a General Partner and co-founder of Cybernetix Ventures, a Boston firm investing in early stage robotics, automation, and industrial AI startups across North America and Europe. Before Cybernetix he co-founded MassRobotics, described at the fund's launch as the largest robotics startup accelerator in the United States, where he connected startups with manufacturers, investors, and global partners. Earlier he held international business roles at Siemens and Nokia, including serving as a regional manager for Nokia Siemens Networks across North Africa and Europe. With Mark Martin he launched the 50 million dollar Cybernetix Fund I in 2022, and in 2025 the firm announced a 100 million dollar second fund. He holds a BS in mechanical engineering from the American University in Cairo and an MS in engineering, systems design, and management from MIT, and is a Boston Business Journal 40 Under 40 honoree.
