He leads the Crosslink Capital venture program and is co-founder and president of alpha, an entrepreneurial networking club of more than 2,000 founders, CEOs and entrepreneurs. Prior to Crosslink he was a General Partner at Bay Partners focusing on early stage investments including Opsource, Invensense, Mulesoft and Dropcam, and he co-founded WebSpective and TelASIC Communications. His operating experience includes business development at Mainspring and at MILCOM, and he holds a BA from Dartmouth College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
