Dr. David Smoller is a General Partner of Cultivation Capital. He was Chief Executive Officer of Sage Labs, a gene editing contract research organisation acquired by Horizon Discovery, then Chief Business Officer and a board member at Horizon through 2015. He was Chief Scientific Officer of Sigma-Aldrich from 2011 to 2012 and President of its Research Biotech Business Unit from 2007 to 2012.
