Biography

Dan Povitsky is a cofounder and partner at Vine Ventures. He started at Credit Suisse in 2013 during the Alibaba IPO, then moved to TA Associates to invest and manage global M&A. In 2018 he partnered with Eric Reiner through a single family office-backed fund, investing early in Carta, Hippo, Roman, Unqork and Front. He graduated from the University of Chicago with a degree in Economics, where he competed in cross country and track. He has relocated multiple times to establish Vine's operations on the West Coast and in Israel, and is based between New York and Tel Aviv.
