Carl Byers is a Partner at F-Prime Capital, based in Cambridge, where he works on healthcare investments. He was a founding team member at athenahealth and served as its Chief Financial Officer from 1997 to 2010, with responsibility for the finance, legal and corporate technology teams, and he managed the company's 2007 IPO.
