Biography

Anna Fang, known in Chinese as Fang Aizhi, is listed by ZhenFund as its Founding Partner and co-founded the Beijing seed fund in 2011 with Bob Xu and Victor Wang. She studied at Columbia College and earned an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business, and her ZhenFund bio says she is responsible for investment, portfolio management and the fund's overall operations. ZhenFund's own news pages describe her as Founding Partner and CEO, and name Mobvoi, whose 2012 angel round she decided to make, among her investments. Her bio lists RED, also known as Xiaohongshu, and Yatsen Group, also known as Perfect Diary, among her most notable early investments, and records that she ranked number 12 on the 2022 Forbes Global Midas List and first among women.
