View Live Interactive Profile →Amy Novogratz is co-founder and Managing Partner of Aqua-Spark, an investment fund based in the Netherlands that was the first fund dedicated to sustainable aquaculture. Before launching the fund in 2013, she was director of the TED Prize, where she led more than twenty global collaborations across healthcare, education, science, technology, conservation, art, and activism, including Jamie Oliver's Food Revolution and Sylvia Earle's Mission Blue ocean initiative. Her work with Earle on ocean conservation shaped her conviction that transforming aquaculture could reduce pressure on the ocean, leading her to co-found Aqua-Spark with Mike Velings. The fund made its first investments in 2015 and by its tenth anniversary reported close to 500 million euros in assets under management across 28 portfolio companies.
