She left in 2008 to co-found Nauiokas Park with Sean Park, a venture firm betting on disruptive financial technology years before 'fintech' was a mainstream term, which became Anthemis Group in 2010. Nauiokas has led Anthemis to become one of the most active fintech and insurtech investors globally, backing more than 150 portfolio companies including Betterment, Zoopla, and Currencycloud, deploying 40% of capital into women- and people of color-backed companies, and led Anthemis Digital Acquisitions I Corp, an all-female-led SPAC, to market in 2021. She was named to Forbes' 50 Over 50 list in 2024.
