S28 Capital is a San Francisco venture fund backing early-stage software companies. The team describes itself as operators and entrepreneurs who have hired thousands of employees, raised over $200M in venture capital and created over $2B in enterprise value. Through a program it calls Filament, the firm works with founders from the idea stage onward on recruiting, product-market fit and go-to-market. It launched in 2016 under the name Spectrum 28 with a $170M debut fund.
