ISAI is a French investment firm founded in 2009 and based in Paris, backed by more than 500 entrepreneur-subscribers. It runs four investment strategies covering venture capital, growth and buyout, growth lending and a New York activity, and manages close to 1.1 billion euros. Its ISAI Venture IV fund held a first closing at 75 million euros in December 2025 against a 100 million euro target, writing tickets of 1 to 3 million euros with about 10% of the fund allocated to pre-seed cheques of 0.1 to 0.5 million euros; more than 80% of the fund is to be invested in France, with additional exposure to French-founded startups in the United States.
