Inveready

Inveready is a Spanish investment group that manages a large number of separate regulated vehicles rather than a single fund family, and the vehicles pursue distinct strategies that should not be blended. Its regulated manager is INVEREADY ASSET MANAGEMENT, S.G.E.I.C., S.A. (NIF A65696007), entered in the CNMV register of managers of closed-ended investment entities as official register number 94 on 20 January 2012, with a registered office at Zuatzu Kalea 7, 20018 Donostia-San Sebastián. As at 7 September 2026 the CNMV register attributes 19 managed FUNDS and 24 managed COMPANIES to it. The distinct strategies visible in those vehicle names and in the firm's own communications are: VENTURE and seed technology investing (Inveready First Capital II and III, Inveready Biotech III and IV and their parallel vehicles); VENTURE DEBT (Inveready Venture Finance II, III and IV Trainera, and Trainera Venture Finance I, all structured as FCR-PYME); CONVERTIBLE BONDS and hybrid financing (Inveready Convertible Finance I and II, Inveready Convertible Finance Capital, and Inveready Innvierte Convertible Tech Notes I); LISTED and alternative-market investing (Inveready Alternative Markets, FCR, and the Inveready Growth Opportunities series, several of which are S.I.C.C. closed-ended investment companies); GROWTH and structured finance (Inveready Growth Opportunities I to XII, Inveready Structured Finance III, Inveready Industrial Growth I and Inveready Industrial Growth Opportunities Plus I); PRIVATE EQUITY co-invested with the state programme Innvierte (Inveready Innvierte Private Equity II); INFRASTRUCTURE (Inveready Health, Tech & Energy Infrastructures I and its parallel vehicle); a SEARCH FUND vehicle (Inveready Searchers I); and technology transfer and innovation consulting, carried on through Inveready Innovation Consulting. In a 2019 statement the group described itself as operating "4 verticales especializadas (Tecnologias de la informacion, Ciencias de la Vida, Venture Debt y Financiacion hibrida)". A CNMV prospectus for one of its growth funds states the target sectors as "empresas centradas en los sectores de salud y productos saludables, tecnologia, telecomunicaciones, industrial, energia e infraestructuras", with a geography of Europe, emphasising the Iberian Peninsula, and the United States. The group is headquartered in San Sebastián with further offices in Barcelona and Madrid. Because several vehicles invest in convertible bonds of, and take stakes in, companies quoted on BME Growth and the Spanish continuous market, part of the portfolio is in listed securities.
