Global Ventures

Global Ventures is a Dubai-headquartered venture capital firm founded in 2018 by Noor Sweid, investing in founders across emerging markets in the Middle East, Africa and Pakistan. It invests primarily at Series A with follow-on capacity, and has raised three funds: a US$50 million Fund I closed in early 2020, a Fund II that targeted US$100 million, and a Fund III reported at over US$150 million. Fund I led with fintech and Fund II with health technology; Fund III concentrates on supply chain technology, agritech, enterprise SaaS, artificial intelligence and deep tech. Limited partners have included Saudi Venture Capital, Jordan's Innovative Startups and SMEs Fund, Bupa Arabia, Agility Global's venture arm and Jada, the Saudi PIF-backed fund of funds.
