Deciens Capital describes itself on its own homepage as "a venture capital firm that supports early-stage founders building the next generation of financial services", and says it aims to be "the first material capital invested into companies of consequence". It states that it leads investments and has "invested in over twenty early-stage fintech companies" across industries and geographies. Its Fund III close announcement of 5 August 2025 says the firm expects to back 12 to 15 companies from that fund, and quotes Dan Kimerling saying the firm is "investing early, going deep, and supporting founders with the insight only sustained focus makes possible" and Ishan Sachdev saying "we partner early, stay close, and operate as a true extension of the founding team". The firm publishes no cheque size, ownership target or stage definition beyond early stage, so none is recorded here. It has never filed a Form 13F and its published portfolio is private fintech companies.
