BEENEXT is an early-stage venture firm founded in Singapore in 2015 by Teruhide Sato, who had previously co-founded and taken public the Tokyo-listed internet group BEENOS. It describes itself as "a partnership of the founders, by the founders, and for the founders" and invests primarily in India, Southeast Asia and Japan, with additional activity in the United States. The firm runs several fund families under one manager, BEENEXT Capital Management Pte. Ltd., including the BEENEXT and BEENEXT ASIA funds, the BEE ACCELERATE funds and the Japan-focused ALL STAR SAAS FUND. Its stated portfolio spans more than 180 companies across 17 countries.

BEENEXT raises a new fund of more than US$75M for fintech, platforms, payments and SaaS, and signals plans to build out its own asset management business (BRIDGE).

Closes two new funds totalling US$160M: the BEENEXT Emerging Asia Fund (US$110M, about half earmarked for India) and a US$50M Japan SaaS fund.
2023
BEENEXT ASIA FUND2 begins operations in March; ALL STAR SAAS FUND THREE closes at about ¥157億 (US$110M), taking BEENEXT's total assets under management above ¥1,300億 (BRIDGE).
2025
Japan's JICT (海外通信・放送・郵便事業支援機構) executes a commitment of up to US$2.8M to BEENEXT ASIA FUND2, alongside the Panasonic Kurashi Visionary Fund co-managed with SBI Investment.
