Accomplice is a venture firm that emerged in 2015 when Atlas Venture's technology practice separated from its life sciences team and rebranded. It invests with high conviction in concentrated, patient positions and describes itself as a venture firm and contemporary family office. The firm promotes a federated model in which it acts as an anchor LP in independent funds run by former colleagues, including Archetype, Vinyl, Vibe and Wolfhead. It co-founded the Spearhead operator-angel program with Naval Ravikant.
