Biography

Zach Posner is Managing Partner and Co-Founder of The LegalTech Fund, the first venture fund solely dedicated to companies transforming the legal industry. He holds a BS in accounting and finance from Indiana University and began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, later working at Insight Partners. A three time entrepreneur and active angel investor, he founded an education technology company that was acquired by McGraw Hill and taught as an adjunct lecturer in a masters program at the University of Southern California. Since co-founding the fund with Sam Elhag, he has led it through a $28.5 million first fund and an oversubscribed $110 million second fund backing more than 80 companies.
