The firm's own site describes him as an internet veteran and an early engineer at Baidu, and as the founder of 酷讯 (Kooxoo), 食神摇摇 (Shishen Yaoyao) and 基调 (Jidiao). The same page states that his investment in 大掌门 produced a 1,500x return and his investment in 趣店 (Qudian) produced a return of more than 1,000x, and lists a set of 代表案例 (representative cases) under his name. He is the only person named anywhere on the firm's official site. In a Sina Finance interview published on 16 May 2026 he said the team closed about 50 new and follow-on projects during 2025. No education record for him could be sourced from the firm's site or from another acceptable source.
