Tomokazu Okuno is General Partner and CEO of Spiral Capital, listed first on the firm's TEAM page under SPIRAL CAPITAL and named with Takashi Chiba as one of the two ジェネラル・パートナー of Spiral Capital on the firm's ABOUT page.
