Biography

Tom Quigley is a co-founder and Managing Director of Superorganism, the first venture capital firm dedicated to biodiversity. A coral reef conservationist turned startup operator and investor, he has spent roughly a decade working at the intersection of technology and nature, with field experience in Australia, Madagascar and the Cayman Islands, including time as a divemaster on the Great Barrier Reef supporting marine research. He was part of the founding team at Real Vision, a video on demand platform for investors, where he held operations and growth leadership roles, and later worked at Conservation X Labs, a conservation innovation organization, where he ran the Digital Makerspace community and advised nature tech teams. At Superorganism he backs early stage startups whose businesses benefit biodiversity.
