Biography

Shinichi Fuki has led JAFCO Group through more than five decades of the firm's history as President and CEO, overseeing what has become Japan's largest and longest-running independent venture capital institution. Under his leadership, JAFCO has continued to operate its dual venture-and-buyout model, supporting startups from pre-founding stages through IPO while also managing later-stage buyout investments in established small and mid-sized businesses.
