Biography

Scott Stanford is Co-Founder and Partner of ACME Capital, which he founded in 2018. He has focused on the technology sector for over 25 years as an advisor, operator and investor. He spent twelve years at Goldman Sachs, where he was co-head of Global Internet Investment Banking and advised on more than $80 billion in equity and debt financings and strategic transactions for companies including Facebook, Google, Airbnb, Zillow, Palantir, Square and LinkedIn. He previously co-founded Sherpa Capital and the corporate innovation advisory firm Silicon Foundry, and was an early employee at LookSmart. He grew up in Indianapolis and taught himself to program at thirteen; his investments include Airbnb, Uber, Slack, Astra, Braintrust, Curology, IPSY and Rent the Runway.
