Rohit Agarwal joined Sequoia India in 2015 and moved to the firm's Singapore office in 2016, after being part of the founding team at Housing.com where he led product, operations and customer success. He was promoted from principal to managing director in July 2023, shortly after the firm separated from Sequoia Capital and rebranded as Peak XV Partners. He works with early-stage and growth founders in fintech, SaaS, direct-to-consumer and e-commerce across Southeast Asia, and sits on the boards of Insider, Bibit, Tonik, Kopi Kenangan, Shift and Lemonilo. He holds a bachelor's degree in engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay.
