Robert Dighero is co-founder and a founding partner of Passion Capital. He holds an MA/MEng in engineering from Cambridge and an MBA from INSEAD. Before Passion Capital he spent over three decades in technology finance, including a decade as CFO of QXL Ricardo - later Tradus plc - taking it from start-up through IPO to a £1bn sale to Naspers, and as CFO of AOL UK, where he built the finance function from scratch.
