View Live Interactive Profile →Paul Johnson is a Partner at Flex Capital, the title the firm's current team page gives him. Flex Capital announced him as its new General Partner on 18 February 2025, and its own investment announcements from 2025 and 2026 quote him as 'General Partner at Flex Capital', so the firm uses both wordings; the team page title is recorded here. He founded Lemonaid Health in 2013 after moving from the UK to San Francisco and led it as CEO until it was sold to 23andMe for $400 million in November 2021. Flex Capital states that it invested in Lemonaid roughly eight years before his appointment, and that he now runs Flex full-time. His own site describes him additionally as a CEO coach and an author. He is the Flex partner quoted in the firm's own announcements of its investments in Kin Health, Giant and PiLogic. No degree or institution is published for him on any source read, and no board seat is recorded because his own site lists four companies under an 'Advising & Investing' heading with a combined 'Board Director' and 'Advisor' label that does not resolve which relationship applies to which company.
