Olaf Carlson-Wee founded Polychain Capital in 2016 after serving as Coinbase's first employee and Head of Risk. A Vassar College sociology graduate, he built Polychain into one of the largest crypto-native investment firms, backing blockchain protocols and the foundational infrastructure of decentralized networks.
