Markus Mrachacz is Managing Director of Bayern Kapital, the venture and growth investor of the Free State of Bavaria, where he has worked since 2000. He joined as a Beteiligungsmanager, rose through several leadership positions, and was most recently Prokurist and Teamleiter responsible for co-designing and running the investments of the ScaleUp-Fonds Bayern.
