Lan Xuezhao is founder and managing partner of Basis Set Ventures, one of the earliest venture firms to specialise in AI and automation. She holds a doctorate in psychology and a master's in statistics from the University of Michigan, and previously led corporate development strategy at Dropbox after advising clients at McKinsey.
