Karthik B. Reddy is co-founder and managing partner of Blume Ventures, which he started with Sanjay Nath in 2010. An alumnus of IIT Roorkee, IIM Bangalore and Wharton, he began his career at American Express Bank and Instinet before joining the Times Group's Brand Capital arm, where he first invested in Indian startups through angel networks. He has since held senior leadership roles at IVCA, India's venture and alternative capital industry association.
