Before Cantos he was on the early teams at Invisible Technologies and SoFi. He has told the press he is not technical by background and holds a bachelor's degree in international relations. He raised the firm's $50M third fund in 2022 and a $70M Fund IV that closed in 2026, investing at pre-seed and seed in physical-world companies across defense, aerospace, energy, materials and biotech.
