He spent more than eight years as CEO, President and Chairman of Tecnomatix (NASDAQ: TCNO), growing it to roughly $100 million in revenue and over 650 employees before its 2005 sale to UGS for $228 million. He was later Chairman of ECtel and Chairman of Lumenis, where he led a $150 million investment and turnaround that ended in the company's 2015 sale to XIO Group for $510 million. He founded Viola Growth in 2008 as Israel's first dedicated technology growth fund. He chairs the Board Executive Committee of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
