Her early conviction in Livongo, a patient-care platform for chronic conditions, culminated in Teladoc Health's $18.5 billion acquisition of the company in 2020 - one of Threshold's largest realized outcomes. Melton co-founded All Raise in 2018, a nonprofit dedicated to improving access to venture capital and startup leadership for women, and was elected Chair of the National Venture Capital Association's board of directors for the 2022-23 term.
