Ed Sim is founder of Boldstart Ventures, launched in 2010 with a $1M fund, pioneering the inception-investing model of backing technical founders before a company or product exists. He holds a BA in economics from Harvard and began his career at J.P. Morgan working on quantitative trading models, co-founding Dawntreader Ventures in 1998 before starting Boldstart.
