Biography

David Cohen is Founder and CEO of Techstars, the title printed on the Techstars leadership page. He co-founded Techstars in 2006 with David Brown, Brad Feld and Jared Polis, and the first accelerator class ran in Boulder in 2007. Techstars announced on May 22, 2024 that he was returning as CEO, and the firm states he had served as CEO or co-CEO for thirteen of the seventeen years Techstars had then existed. Before Techstars he co-founded Pinpoint Technologies, acquired by ZOLL Medical Corporation, and founded and led earFeeder, which was sold to SonicSwap.
