Biography

Barbry McGann is SVP and managing director at Workday Ventures, Workday's strategic investment arm, which she joined in 2021. She had previously spent more than six years as a product leader at Workday, in roles including senior vice president of Workday Products, general manager of Human Capital Management and Workforce Management applications, and executive director for the Office of the CHRO. Before Workday she held product strategy, marketing and executive positions at PeopleSoft, Oracle and C3, including group vice president of product management for Oracle's CRM Division. She holds an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley and a bachelor's degree from the University of California, Los Angeles.
