Biography

Amir Gal-Or served as a pilot in the Israeli Air Force's acrobatic team before founding a ceramics company and a joint venture with Paz Oil Company, then leading Israel's Entrepreneurship Development Center within the Ministry of Economy. He co-founded Infinity Group in 1993, and pioneered Israel-China venture investing in 2004 by establishing CSVC, the first onshore limited partnership venture fund in China - a genuinely first-mover position that predates nearly all Western institutional interest in Chinese venture capital. That two-decade head start produced real exits including Shellcase's sale to Tessera and Nanomotion's sale to Johnson Electric, and Gal-Or has grown Infinity into a $2 billion cross-border platform with 250-plus investments and 75 exits, earning France's Legion of Honor and China's Government Friendship Award for his role in Sino-Israeli business relations.
