Alexa von Tobel is founder and managing partner of Inspired Capital, co-founded with Penny Pritzker in 2019. A Certified Financial Planner with an AB in psychology from Harvard, she began her career on Morgan Stanley's trading desk before founding LearnVest in 2008, which she sold to Northwestern Mutual for roughly $375M in 2015. She then served as Northwestern Mutual's first chief digital officer and later chief innovation officer.
