Tesi

Tesi is the Finnish state-owned investment company that trades under the name Tesi and whose legal name is Finnish Industry Investment Ltd. Its own about page describes it as "a state-owned investment company with an industrial policy mission" that invests "in funds and directly in companies" across venture capital and private equity. It reports EUR 3.2 billion of investments under management for 2025, 137 VC and PE funds invested in and 1,463 portfolio companies reached through funds and direct holdings, of which 576 are domestic and 887 international. The group comprises the parent company and four wholly owned subsidiaries: FEFSI Management Oy, Tesi AIFM Oy, Tesi Industrial Management Oy and Industrial Subsidy Oy. Its head office is at Porkkalankatu 1, Helsinki, and its business ID is 1007806-3.
