Stellaris Venture Partners is an early-stage, technology-focused and sector-agnostic Indian venture firm founded by three former Helion Venture Partners investors – Alok Goyal, Ritesh Banglani and Rahul Chowdhri. It leads seed and Series A rounds, writing seed cheques of roughly $1-3M and Series A cheques of roughly $3-10M, and says about 60% of its investments are made at idea stage. The firm organises its team around sector specialisation across software and AI, consumer tech and brands, fintech, healthcare and sustainability. Fund III, closed in November 2024 at $300M, is being deployed into at least 30 companies with a stated emphasis on consumer, AI and deeptech.

Closes Fund II at $225M and backs 25 companies from it.
