Flyer One Ventures, which uses the short form F1V, is an early-stage venture fund investing in software companies built by founders from Ukraine and the wider CEE region. Its own FAQ states that F1V invests in CEE and Ukrainian founders who build global software companies, that the majority of the fund's portfolio startups are at the seed stage, and that it does not invest in hardware, crypto, web3, game development studios, capital-intensive businesses or deep tech. The stated average cheque is 500K euro within a range of 350K to 1.5M euro, and the firm says 55% of its companies have reached Series A. Alongside the investment team the firm publishes an in-house support team it describes as 15+ digital marketing, product, financial, legal, PR, branding and hiring professionals. In 2025 the firm announced a 50M euro Fund V backed by the IFC and the EBRD, saying it had invested nearly 45M dollars to date across more than 90 startups.
