Eleven Ventures is a pre-seed and seed investor in Central and Eastern Europe and South East Europe, operating from Sofia with offices listed in Athens and Amsterdam. Its site states initial tickets of EUR 300K to EUR 1M and capacity to invest up to EUR 6M in a single company across its lifecycle, and says it has backed more than 150 companies since 2012, naming Payhawk, Nitropack and SMSBump. Stated focus areas are fintech, healthcare, future of work, and climate and sustainability, with opportunistic investments alongside. The site says the firm is backed by more than 80 tech and industrial entrepreneurs from CEE and beyond. Eleven began in 2012 as an accelerator programme: Trending Topics reports a first fund of EUR 12M drawn largely from public capital via the EIF JEREMIE programme and backing 116 projects on an acceleration model, followed by a EUR 6M second fund of entirely private capital on a per-company rather than batch model. Eleven also runs the Visa Innovation Program Europe, launched in 2018, and the Elevate accelerator, launched in 2019 with AUBG.
