(TSE Prime, code 4751) disclosed it as a specified subsidiary change: CyberAgent, Inc. holds 99.8 per cent as limited partner and CyberAgent Capital holds 0.2 per cent as general partner.

CyberAgent Capital's Monthly Pitch event passes its 100th edition, announced on 11 March 2026; the firm states 791 cumulative presenting companies (743 domestic, 48 overseas) which have raised 2,044億円 (JPY 204.4 billion) in total after presenting.
