CDP Venture Capital Sgr S.p.A. is an Italian regulated asset management company (societa di gestione del risparmio, SGR), entered on the Albo dei gestori di FIA at number 59. It is owned 70% by CDP Equity, the holding company of the Cassa Depositi e Prestiti group, and 30% by Invitalia. On 21 January 2020 the shareholders' meeting of Invitalia Ventures SGR (70% CDP Equity, 30% Invitalia) changed the company name to CDP Venture Capital Sgr S.p.A., appointed a new board and named Francesca Bria President and Enrico Resmini Chief Executive Officer and General Manager; the company is also referred to as Fondo Nazionale Innovazione.
