Background

Phey Teck Moh is a Singapore-based angel investor and a partner and co-founder of AngelCentral, an angel club incorporated in February 2018. Before investing he was CEO of Pacific Internet and corporate vice president of Motorola Asia Pacific, retiring as President of Motorola Solutions Asia in May 2013. He is chairman of Xpanasia Pte Ltd, described as an investment and advisory company specialising in telecommunications and information technology companies. In an AngelCentral interview he describes becoming an angel after providing pro bono mentorship to founders, and names Metro Residences, Homage, SensorFlow, Souschef and Ohanae among portfolio companies still operating, and Rainmaker Labs as a company taken over by KPMG. He says he also invests in VC funds.
