Background

Lim Der Shing co-founded JobsCentral Group in 2000 and led it as CEO until it was acquired by US career platform CareerBuilder in 2011. He then established AngelCentral, an angel investment network serving investors across Singapore and Southeast Asia, where he is a co-founder and partner. AngelCentral's site states he 'is an experienced Angel Investor and has invested (with Shao Ning) over USD$5m into 40 startups and 8 VC funds', and in a podcast interview he described 'Almost 50 companies.
