Katie Dunn is a US angel investor, startup advisor and board director. She spent 25+ years in commercial real estate finance at banks and financial institutions, financing more than $10 billion, before moving to funding and supporting founders full-time. She publishes an open portfolio on her own site of over 30 angel investments, stating that she invests primarily in underrepresented founders - LGBTQIA+, BIPOC and women - in technology and consumer packaged goods based in the US. She is the founder of The Masthead Strategy, which provides fundraising strategy coaching and guides to founders, and serves on the boards of Outcast Brands, Fierce Foundry and the Enthuse Foundation. She was interviewed as an active angel investor in December 2025.
