Ari Korhonen is a Finnish angel investor and the founder of Lagoon Capital, an angel investment firm backing software-powered companies. He trained as a diplomi-insinoori at LUT University in 1985 and spent roughly twenty years as an entrepreneur at Komartek Oyj, an energy and utilities software company that exported to ten countries and was acquired by WM-data (now CGI) in 2004, after which he served as Vice President for Energy & Utilities. He has invested as an angel since 2007 and co-founded FiBAN, the Finnish Business Angels Network.
